so it's from lowest risk to highest risk and you have to first say
HELLO HELLO CAN U SWIM BACK TO SHORE BY UR SELF
then
u throw the kick board halfway to the person and yell HELPP to the bystanders so that they can help u later
then JUMP ...SPLASH into the water and swim as fast as you can with the kickboard to the victim then u have to lie down on your back and scull with the board clinched to your feet, until the board touches the unconciscious victim's head
the reason you do that is because if they try to grab onto you they'll just grab onto your feet and not drown you
then if no response, you have to take their two arms and bring them back and hook your right arm between them and hold up their chin and head with your other hand, and eggbeater back to shore, where you do the uhhh what's it called ...where u bring the person out of the water
so first u tell ur bystander to put their arms under the victim's armpits and grab their wrists, pointing their elbows downwards (to prevent possiblity of dislocating a shoulder) then you tell the bystander to lift as hard as they can on the THIRD TAP
so u go under the victim and put their butt on your shoulder so they're like sitting on you at the shore, then reach up and tap the edge of the pool three times and LIFT the victim up onto the deck

then you start emergency crap like this:

-then you say: YOU IN THE GREY SHIRT CALL 911 TELL THEM WE HAVE AN UNCONSCIOUS MALE VICTIM, REPORT BACK TO ME DO U UNDERSTAND?
- then lift their chin and put their forehead back to open airway, listen 10 SECONDS for breathing ( not breathing)
- give two breaths
- give 30 chest compressions at the rate of 100 compressions/ minute
- repeat until signs of life or "ambulance arrives"
- if victim vomits u have to bring one knee up and one arm up and turn them on their side, then "scoop up vomit" idk why u have to do that ew o.O
- then turn them back to the lying down position
- check for bereathing for another 10 sec.
if no breathing, repeat 2 breaths 30 compressions
if yes breathing, turn person on side and check for blood on body (do a full-body pat-down)

yesterday my parents yelled at me for like 40 minutes and made me cry and cry for a long time :(
because I got 3A's and one c+ (in PE) and they "FOUND OUT" that I didn't read  3 book for independant reading program and I did ONE BOOK so i "LIED TO THEM ALL THIS TIME "

and they took away my iPod that sucks the most cuz I can't go on facebook or msn in bed anymore which means my social networking time used to end at around 11:30 now it ends at 9 PM !!!! grr i won't be able to sleep cuz i can't fall asleep and I'm not allowed to have ipod which will rly rly piss me off cuz there's nothing to do but idle in bed and just lay there like a retarded quiet sheep

u know how if u go skiing u start off with dry, chapped, rock-hard lips? well I don't care about those but if you continue to not drink water, and lick your lips a lot it turns so RED and HOT and it's waaay worse than the dry chapped lips :(
 like right now in my red hot state if i don't lick it for 15 sec it turns rly hot and I can feel my pulse through my lips T__T and it's so annoying
and i can't friggin open my mouth or it stings
i would pay 20$ for this to stop, i'm serious

fk my dad is like in a really bad mood today

cuz I woke up and I was coughing and all that crap with sore throat

and they both got MAD at me instead of comfort me, saying i should eat more VEGETABLES and stop eating MEAT , so i just said "uh." which kinda means "ok" in chinese

and I was knitting my last 3 threads on one stick, so my dad came in and said ANDY WEAR MORE CLOTHES, YOU"RE WEARING THE SAME AS WHAT U WENT TO BED WITH

and i'm like in a normal voice: "yeah yeah wait lemme do this last 2 threads" and he's like HURRY UPP!! I'm like "WAIT IM ALMOST DONE =.=" so then he got pissed at me for having a "bad attitude" while clearly he was the one who fking shouted and i was quiet and shy

and then later they got mad at me for not coming upstairs to drink water and rest from the computer once e very 30 minutes, cuz I stayed like 38 minutes, and they yelled the crap out of me

so today I didn't relly do anything wrong, I'm just sick with a sore throat and muscus phlegm crap in my throat, and they're just yelling at me for no good significant reason :( :(

Fun day

YAY fun day today, I just came back from the seattle museum of flight, with scout group , which was SO FUN!!!
I got to sit in the cockpit of a Cirrus sr20

and play with the controls for fun

THEN WAS THE FLIGHT SIMULATOR
i think it was designed to be the same plane
I landed it properly on my first try
however i came in really fast at like 150 knots , while it's supposed to be like 90 knots, and we had no control of the flaps, which help slow the plane down, so i had to cut off the engine completely and glide over like 3/4 of the runway before executing a beautiful landing with a perfect flare , touching the main gear onto the pavement gently and gently braking to a stop :)

pretty cool stuff
except the fact that they set the realism settings to none, which meant u can't crash, you'll just bounce and like crap; but i still didn't bounce lol
i saw this huge blackbird and we went udnerneath and and took vids and pics of it
so big and black lol

oh and the bus ride was like 2.5 hours, so it was soo boring, and my right earbud broke lol =.= i read online that skullcandy earphones are fragile crap, and some people commented : "MINE BROKE IN LIKE 5 DAYS" , turns out it's true, the bud just started making partially working noises and buzzing then stopped :(

but then u can ship it for a LIFETIME WARRANTY replacement, but that costs money to ship and effort crap i think

so i listened to music with one ear all the way back to vancouver

oh on the way there Adam and I both fell asleep with our heads to the seats so like we're leaning foreward and our heads are just like ramming the seats in front of us, so i woke up with like SOOO MUCH DANDRUFF it was disgusting, i ruffled my hair and out came white white white powder powder particles

aw some ppl on facebook went to some girl's house and i cant go cuz i went to that ^ lol
oh mr olson what's a "super blog"? what do i need to include to make it a super

man the cockpit of the cirrus sr20 was so comfortable i really really really wanted to just push the throttle forward and take off into the skies :D :D

oh yeah after school I went to Kengi's house and on my way back to my house, the sky started dropping shards of ice on me and my face was hurting :( like seriously it was like tiny cubes of ice, not snow, kinda like hail
