I'm typing this right now on a bus going from Sausalito back over the golden gate bridge into San Fran.
We walked 1.7 miles over the golden gate bridge alongside the loud trucks and chilly wind. We just finished eating lunch (well We didn't even eat breakfast) at a restaurant in Sausalito and I ordered a bacon cheddar deluxe burger with fries and I finished all of it but three fries :D
After we get back to San Fran we'll be on our way to the exploratorium. 

K now I'm typing this at a Calvin Klein in a mall
We waited like 40 min for the damn bus and gave up and started walking back to hotel but then it came so we caught up to it at the next bus stop. Oh the exploratorium was pretty cool it's almost the same as science world; there were like three things that were exactly the same: the crazy triple pendulum, the guitar string wavelength thing, and something else.

Blog 28 san Fran

I'm pre-writing this in notes on itouch in a Chinese restaurant right now in San Fran, waiting for the food. 
Today we went to the California academy of sciences. There were a lot of cool things like fish and sharks and jellyfish and turtles and crocodiles etc.
There were also a lot of display boxes containing chameleons and poison dart frogs and stuff.  I took 200 something photos there. 
We also lined up 20 minutes for this rainforest thing where there were a lot of butterflies flying around and cool big blue birds and stuff. 

Now this part is after dinner lol I'm still kinda hungry but we're eating more stuff later. I can join this restaurant's free wifi but safari still won't load >:( oh desserts here gtg byes

I'm typin this on my iTouch again at a starbucks in San Francisco. Wifi at our hotel costs like 14.95 per day or something so yea. Today I went to Alcatraz. We took a ship there which took ten minutes. Then there was an audio tour thing in the cells of Alcatraz which talked about  The cells themselves,inmates who tried to escape, breakouts , rebellions, etc. It was really fun and my camera ran out of batteries so I took like 120 pictures with my touch ;D I think the itouch 4 is pretty good, but I think he camera could be improved; it's only around 0.7 megapixels I like the 720p vid recording though. At Alcatraz we also saw the cells in which three inmates escaped by digging holes in their jail cell wall with silver spoons, then climbed out, but they were never found; some say they definitely drowned , but others claimed they could be living in America right now. I Think the tour was very interesting and fun. Tomorrow we're going to the exploratorium, Lincoln something something, and museum of something sciences. Four more nights in this hotel and I'm going back to vancouver home sweet home lol. Then I can go download music onto my iPod and music videos and games and get a friend to help me jail break it sometime. Does it cost money to make an iTunes account? Cuzi was trying to download a free app through safari and it said log in with ur Itunesaccount then I searched that up and it said something about payment D: K this is a really long blog... Well for me at least... or at least it appears so on my iPod touch. I'm gonna try to attach a photo from today on here. BYE

so today my dad drove us all the way to seattle, stopping in between at the premium outlets to shop. I was gonna go get my ipod touch at best buy, then write my blog, but the store ran out of the 8GB's; the hotel clerk was nice enough to let me quickly type this on the computer :)

Tomorrow our flight to Sanfransisco departs at 9am, then we're getting our city passes and maps, and all that stuff. tmrw i probably won't get to do a blog cuz all stores are sclose on christmas so itouch for me lol D:

yay I finally finished reading the Hunger Games book, which is like 374 pages i think. It's about this place where the Capitol chooses 2 people from every district to go engage in a fight to the death, and the main character's sister gets chosen, but she volunteers to take her place and fight. Then the rest of the book is about her in the arena fighting to the death and struggling to survive with barely any water and food, etc.

chris trolled me today by forwarding me an email which looked like u, mr olson, said that the notes were due last tuesday, but i figured he changed the words in it lollol

JOANNAS BDAY PARTAY

Today I went to Joanna's birthday party at noon with like 17 other people or something

when we got there I played some left4dead 2 zombies on Kevin lam's laptop, in which I died on like round 2 on, then we watched A Walk to Remember (which I watched before and even cried -.-)

then we played hide and seek in her huge house

 then my dad calls kevin d's phone and i realize im screwed cuz i was supposed to call him at 5 to tell him if im going home or not 

so he yelled at me so loud like shet i got so scared i was like "so can u pick me up now" and he was like "NO. *hangup*"

it was only 5:25 , and he was like raging so much

there was no other choice but to like walk home for an hour

Today morning we had a quiz on Chap.5 of the Pearl, but I didn't even know we were supposed to read it -.- so i failed it.
For math we JUST started learning easy simple boring algebra =.= i learned that back in like grade 4 or whatever...
I had a french test after lunch. I think I got pretty decent on this one, for term one report card i got 85.6 %, just an A :P

more snow; gr.8 indoor track meet

Today we had the Grade 8 indoor track meet, which was the entire afternoon. I did the Ping pong balance: where you have to balance a ball on a ping pong paddle and run to the cone and back, the balloon bat race: where you have a badminton racquet and you tap the balloon all the way to the other end of the room and then run back, and the WHEELBARREL RACE: where person A holds person B's legs and person B is on the ground and person A pushes while person B moves with his hands on the floor. Kevin zhou and I did that, we pwned :D

Today morning the snow was beautiful and puffy on the ground, but now its like slushy dirty crap all over the place  :( lol

Yay no homework today I was planning to go home and play wii all day but now its almost 9 already and I'm still screwing around on facebook and talking to people.

Whats a super blog? Is it like some really long blog? oh whatever so I heard today is the last day for blog count T_T and it's out of 76?? I'm not doing so well on my go program booklet, better get started... I just did one quiz online. ONE.

ahhh I have a french test on wednesday and it's gonna test on so much stuff like LE OBJETS SAC A DOS. which means objects in ur backpack. like un agenda, un baladeur, des chasseurs de sport, etc. and we have to remember that masculine is simple, and feminine singular has E at the end and feminine plural has ES at the end and masculine plural SOMETIMES has an S at the end OMG SO MUCH STUFF TO REMEMBER!!

Today was SOOO COLD, and mr olson, try to imagine me walking 30 TO SCHOOL AND 30 MIN FROM SCHOOL DSJFLKSJFLSJDGLK.
I wore this jacket that is like two sizes too big for me, and a colourful red scarf, and gloves, and wintery pants. During math them wintery pants made my butt so hot that it sweated... ewww.

Then after school, I walked like 20 min with Fiona towards her house, which is also the direction of JCC, my swimming lessons place. I completely tired myself out at swimming, and sunk into the hot tub.

After swimming was over, my dad took me to TONY'S BEEF NOODLE :D

So I reasoned to my dad that I need a cellphone because I walk home everyday, I have swimming lessons, I go to scouts, church, so ANYTIME I ALWAYS have to borrow someone elses phone to use to call him. and since II can only contact HIM, he would never be able to contact ME. so thats pretty inconvenient isnt it dad?

Before setting off to march a few blocks, I went pee in the washroom in John Oliver. While peeing , I looked to this man on my right. HOLY CRAP ITS THE CHIEF CONSTABLE OF THE VANCOUVER POLICE DEPARTMENT TAKING A PISS TWO URINALS FROM ME. Time to be a man and talk to him

Body worlds

Today was so awesome
Our class went to the Body Worlds exhibit at Science World.

Okay so we left at like 9am, and walked to the bus stop, and went north for TWO STOPS and got off at 49th.

At the second bus stop, an elderly guy was like "hello kids, try saying this: "mere-plop-de-shmeres". Then repeated after him "MERE PLOP DE SHMERES" and he went away to the side smiling and chuckling to himself.

So when we got there we waited for like 15 min or so and this lady brought us into the Body Worlds exhibit. To be honest, the exhibit is reallllly well made and reallllly well constructed, but i thought it was kinda boring :/ I liked the rest of science world better XD

The guy with his hand reached out like a handshake is really freaky, and so is the tiny baby's skull. It was cool to touch the plastinated liver and spleen and kidney lol.

I wonder how they made that rooster out of craploads of blood vessels, must have taken a really long time...

Then I went to the eureka thing...
I think.

Then headed out for lunch at mcdonalds. Scared that the class might ditch us, Kevin Zhou and I entered the Mcdonalds restaurant greeted by like 10 classmates sitting around two tables :D
I ordered a big mac burger only

Then we took the skytrain then the canada line home. On the canada line, this guy beside me was like muttering to himself random stuff like : "zeeboshimazihimomzioBOYFRIENDzemoybozmwyoemzoeomyhgii".
Then he would take a sip of his coke, and continue. o.O
yes, i heard him say BOYFRIEND twice when he was muttering. It was rather freaky...

Half of us walked the distance from 49th to 54th, and half bused; i walked. did some camhoring in the cafeteria, then LAST BLOCK: MATH :(

Today we did a lab in science, in which we took a small layer of of an onion, dyed it wit safranine, and put it under a microscope :P Then we draw how it looks like on paper.

In band, our teacher gave us a starting note, and we had to figure out the whole happy birthday song by ourselves through trial and error .
it was pretty easy
got it in like 2 minutes
and memorized it :D

I love handball, but I hate how they always want me to be goalie, cuz I suck shiat at goalie, plus ITS NO FUN AT ALL BEING GOALIE :(

Today we had a presentation at school from this Jeremy guy that lives in Ottawa I think. He talked about his life, which dealed with a lot of homophobic people, who called him names, beat him up. He talked about how he was called "nigger" many times
He talked about how he and another guy fell in love and were holding hands and his mom came into the room and ran off screaming
He was a really great guy, who has been through a lot in his high school years. Hes still pretty young now

It was a great presentation, I FEEL TOUCHED BY IT :D

So I had to stay an extra 15 minutes after school was over, to find out that my science fair proposal had been rejected :(
I proposed to do an experiment on the 5-second rule; to see if it is true or not. But now I think I should change cuz this one has too many variable crap and is hard to precisly measure.

So today I came back from my scouts camp, which was two nights long. We slept in tents and cooked on Coleman stoves and did archery. At least I didn't get sick or really dry lips like I always do after a camp. Then I just got a horrible asymmetrical haircut from my dad... I'm REALLY REALLY tired right now... so I won't write any more

In half an hour I'm going camping with my scouts group along with a few friends from school. The great thing is, that tomorrow there is an 100 percent of rain, which means we'll be standing in front of our gas stoves soaking wet and cold, cooking food.

The Fantasticks

Today we went on an English field trip to the Vancouver Playhouse to watch a play, The Fantasticks. It was kinda like a romeo and juliet type of thing, where the dads hate each other but the children are in love. Two girls in our class cried due to the amazingly good looks and beautiful voice of the main guy, MATT <3
I fell asleep for 5 minutes during the second part after the intermission.
After the play, we skytrained home. After we got off the skytrain, we all got PANTENE SHAMPOO N' CONDITIONER samples from these people.

Bus to school week

Today I bused to school for free with my go card. It took about 25 min. Much less tiring than my usual 30 min of WALKING to school =.=
Our science fair proposal is due in two days, and I have no idea what topic I'm going to choose...crap
I had swimming lessons after school today, and i FELL ASLEEP in the lounge in front of a lot of people, for 30 MINUTES XD when I woke up it was already 10 minutes before my class began, so I rushed down and got changed as quickly as possible.
Then My dad and I went to eat at TONYS BEEF NOODLE. I ordered curry chicken.

Pro D today

Its a professional day today, which means no school. I was supposed to go with some classmates to this other guy's house, but since one person couldnt make it becuase she had to take care of her brother, the other girl couldn't go because her mom thought there were too many boys...
Don't u just hate it when you have something planned out and one person doesn't go and the whole thing fails?

Anyways, I woke up at 7 today, and now it's already 1 o.O
That felt more like 1 hour than 4 hours...
Later today I have swimming lessons at the JCC :(
I'm really pissed because my parents bought the computer I'm typing on for WORK purposes only, and guess what, it's got a QUAD CORE, 8 GIGS of RAM, and 1 TB of hard drive.

You're supposed to do heavy processes and gaming with these type of computers... sigh

Yeah I forgot to write a blog yesterday, so I'll make this one extra long, is that okay, teacher? ^.^

So I keep on having the urge to search the names of horror movies on google images, then I can't sleep that night     cause I'm so scared that some girl's hand is gonna creep out from under my bed and grab me and bring me to a torture chamber then burn me and...

And tomorrow, which is a Pro-D, I might go to a classmates house, to watch THE SHINING.
At least that one doesn't have scary ghost stuff in it, just a bunch of retarded people killing each other.
nevertheless, I'll still be reluctant to go pee Monday midnight.

I was supposed to be writing my Math and Science and Socials homework, but all I've done is go on facebook and play an online game called POWDER GAME. no seriously, that is the most addictive game ever, it's kinda like where u can experiment different explosions with nitro and c4 and gunpowder and gas and water and ice and metal and glass and all that stuff. If you've played SAND GAME before, lemme tell you, powder game is the same thing except THREE TIME MORE REALISTIC and THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT OF CHEMICALS and THREE TIMES MORE CUSTOMIZABLE. just go on google and serch powder game, and play.

I don't have anything to write this Friday, except that I really hate fridays, which lead up to the boring useless weekends... In which I have tons of lessons to attend.
The student trivia forum for Socials is almost like: whoever's parents lets their kids use the computer most wins. It's just that simple.

I'm so tired

Todays been a tiring day, since I had a fitness test in PE, in which I scored:
32 pushups
30 crunches
37 cm vertical jump
and 11.7 second shuttle run :(

Then after all this, I had band, which consisted of me trying to blow into my brass trumpet, desperately trying to make some sound.

After school ended early today, I went home, ate dinner, did homework, then went BACK to school with my dad to the walkabout thing at 6pm. After the walkabout, there was a band presentation about a trip to new york at 8pm, which lasted for about 45 min.

Now I'm still trying to colour France and I accidently used blue, which was supposed to be the colour of the ocean...

Today I carpooled with a friend to school, which started at 10:17 am today.
Our applied skills teacher told us to draw a few geometric shapes on this type of grid paper today, and told us to      
incorporate those shapes in a drawing of a robot. My robot runs on solar energy and compost, has a grill on its head, and can fetch you a glass of milk upon demand.
Then our english teacher brought us to the school library and introduced us to a lady who talked about the independent reading program, in which you can read a book, write a test on that book, then earn points if you perfect the test.
Math was super easy as always,
and in an hour or so I'll be in a restaurant listening to those loud chinese parents talking and eating, to celebrate moon festival or something like that...

Blog nine

Today during Band, the teacher used me as a translator for a mandarin-speaking bassoon player. The complicated thing was that in China, the notes are different (do re mi blah blah blah) as opposed to our A to G notes. He finally got the hang of it though, and it was pretty cool to see a big long bassoon for the first time.

After school, I went to the balcony to watch the girls volleyball tryouts. A classmate that was also there shared with me the plots and summaries of horror movies, which scared the crap out of me. She talked about The Exorcist, The Grudge, The Shining, The Ring, etc.
Now I have the urge to go on google images and search those titles, but what comes up is usually frightening and ends up scaring me at night =.=

I've also realized that I procrastinate a lot; everyone else is done their house drawing and english homework, while I've barely started :/

Guess it's time for me to do my homework.

Today was a tiring day for me, starting with socials and ending with science
PE and band, which are in between, are the tiring things =.=
Now the science teacher tells us we gotta do a science project! And shes giving us the short time frame of only 3 months! Ok I'm kidding thats a hell lot of time to do a science board.
Our applied skills teacher, Mr. Olson, gave us a project in which we have to draw the view of our own house from the top of a magical tree twice as tall as our house.

So after my last subject today, math, I went to the juniors' badminton tryouts.
The coach guy first told us to clear the birdie over and over again with a partner. Then he organized a King of the court thing, and I lost all of my games :( cuz there were grade 8s AND 9s AND 10s
Then after the whole thing was done I was soaked with sweat.
After gathering around in a circle, he told us that this badminton season is CANCELLED.
Well I guess that doesn't matter, I'll just join somethin else

Oh and this morning the band teacher got pissed at me again for not wearing my white top.
Rest of the day went pretty well ;)

Our socials teacher, Mr. Sale, played a too-easy trick on us today.

He gave us a small quiz, the first question being "read everything on this paper" and the second question being     "Write your name on the top right corner of this paper". Then came a bunch of instructions like "yell out your name loudly" and "yell 5,4,3,2,1".

Who would have ever known, that the last question said " Now that you have read everything, go back and do only questions one and two."

Man, I felt like puking watching those other people yell their names and draw stuff on their paper...

So today I went to my  level 10 swimming lessons after school.
I looked at the report card from last year.
I'm supposed to be able to do like 8 lengths of front crawl and 2 lengths of breaststroke.
But I've got it the OTHER way around.
I'm a natural at breaststroke, but fail hard at front crawl.

blog #4- Sunday

Today, my parents' friends came over, yelling loud chinese upstairs while I desperately tried to finish my english homework downstairs. Our plan to BBQ the kebabs were scrapped when it started raining, so we just used the oven.

I'm not gonna write any more right now, since I still have to finish the other half of my english and come up with a nickname for socials. And tomorrow I have to carry a trumpet AND badminton racquet all the way to school =.=, which is a 35 minute walk.

Today was a boring and tiring Saturday. I woke up at around 9, had noodles for breakfast, did some of my english homework, and then went on the computer to write the blog entry I was supposed to write yesterday night ^_^

At 1 o'clock, I got ready to go to boy scouts with a shaggy brown uniform that was too small, some huge black pants that I'm supposed to "grow into", and a beret that screwed with all types of hair. I have a few friends in scouts that also go to my school; Nicholas, Adam, and Patrick. We talked about my first few days of high school, meeting some new interesting people (wink!), and other stuff that I can't remember...

After I got home from scouts, I went straight to church to read and discuss the bible with a bunch of other people I didn't know o.O

And now, Its 11:17 pm, I'm tired as heck, and some of my parents' friends are gonna come over tomorrow and laugh loudly and yell in Chinese, while I'm downstairs on the computer.

Today was a repeat of Wednesday; starting the day off with french and ending it with math. Instead of walking to school for 30 minutes, my dad kindly offered to drive me to school.
The first classroom I went to was my homeroom. After around 10 minutes of handing forms in, everyone sat in their chairs for 20 minutes doing absolutely nothing, which definitely bored the heck outta me!
French came next in the same classroom. The teacher often babbles french sentences that sound like absolute gibberish to my ears.
Next came applied skills with Mr. Olson. Applied skills is my favourite subject for sure, and I'm sure you all know why ^.^ Mr. Olson is, without doubt, the best teacher ever!
Our english teacher, Mrs. Greskiw, was the only one to give us a bit of actual homework: shrinking glossary terms down to 7 words or less.
Math is definitely the easiest subject ever. I've finished Mathpower 8 AND 9, and now I gotta start Mathpower 8 aallll over again...

Memorizing my routes to class is still a small problem for me.

Honestly, I really like school compared to weekends. School is socializing with your classmates and teachers and laughing, but weekends are completely filled with lessons and courses.

Hi guys,

Today was my second full day in high school, and so far I've had to ask about 6 times where my next class was. Every time the next period comes, the halls of our three-story school would literally become a traffic jam.

I started off with Socials this morning, followed by PE, band, and finally science. During PE, we ran around the small grass field 2 times, leaving me panting as I slowly wandered up to my locker to get my lunch. After a not-so-sufficient lunch, I went to band. I've heard people say how fierce the band teacher was, but it turns out he ain't so bad after all.

I'm okay with high school so far; the only small thing I'm afraid of is the chance that I might get bullied by them big kids. With me standing at a whopping 5 feet 0, any grade 12 would tower over me like a ......like a.... okay I'm not sure what to put here.

I'm still looking forward to some real homework to do.
